Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my friend, Chris and I's Just Giving Page.

Chris and I will be running Edinburgh's half marathon (13.1 miles) as well as walking the West Highland Way (96 miles) on back to back Sundays in May 2023.

The Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments is a centre of excellence, enabling children and young people to maximise their abilities, achieve their full potential and develop their maximum level of independence. They address the needs of the children and young people through a range of specialist and age-appropriate programmes. Their focus is on what each child can do and how each child's specific abilities can be enhanced. Fundraisers help the centre to provide vital supports to children, young people and their families.

With your generosity, our hope is to raise as much as we can to contribute to the everlasting positive impacts that the Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments has had for my son.

Because of you, a centre like this exists to support children and families like ours. My family and I thank you for your support.
