I was lucky! I was born in the UK with a cleft lip and palate but thanks to the NHS and incredibly supportive parents I received excellent care. 

Others aren't as lucky. In places like India, The Phillipines, and Ecuador children rely on the volunteers of organisations like Operation Smile for basic surgery. This surgery is life changing and in many cases, life saving.
