In place of flowers at Brian's funeral we are suggesting that a donation be made in his name to the Spinal Injuries Unit at Pinderfields Hospital. This unit, along with a number of others, provided excellent care and support for Brian following an accident at home. The staff cared for him for a number of months while undertaking rehabilitation; he genuinely appreciated the efforts made be the team there and without them he would not have enjoyed the quality of life he did; and we as a family are truly grateful for the work the unit put in to helping Brian.
