Following a very hard (!!) but very enjoyable race last year, my sister Jackie and I are running the Cardiff Half Marathon again this year ..

Once again we are running to raise money for our gorgeous niece Jessica - and the staff that look after her so amazingly on the Bellhouse Ward at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

My brother Ed and his lovely wife Ruth, have got to know the staff so well since Jess was born and they have offered them a huge amount of care and support. We want to do something to thank them and show our appreciation for everything they have done.
