I am lucky enough to work with inspirational refugees and asylum seekers in Newcastle. WERS has helped so many of my students integrate and become part of their new communities.

Since I ruptured my Achilles I have struggled to exercise and have piled on the pounds. And let's face it, I am a  food whore. Christine on the other hand, is just a lovely person who is going to keep me company. She is aiming to lose a stone, and I would like to shed a stone and a half. We will be finishing at Christmas, just in time to put it all back on!
