I have signed up to Pedal it Pink, Nottingham on 17th October in support of the Breast Cancer Campaign - a charity close to my heart.

It's a marathon distance bike ride and will be the first proper exercise I have done since having Kirsty over 3 years ago! I'm hoping I will make it round in one peice but I will need your support to spur me on.
