Neil has asked me to set up this page in memory of Bridget who meant so much to so many people. I was honoured to be able to call Bridget my friend as were so many of you. She was a wise old bird who infected everyone with her personality - once met never forgotten. She would help anyone out be it with words hugs or the practical stuff, nothing was too much trouble. She died on the 12th December 2017 after numerous battles with cancer leaving a gaping hole in the lives of everyone who knew her and especially her husband, two sons, stepchildren and grandchildren. 

In the last few weeks of her life, Bridget spent a lot of time in one of these fantastic beds and in lieu of flowers at her funeral which is on Friday 29th December at 2pm we would love to raise money to buy one of these beds in her memory (they won't let us have a smoking bench in the ambulance bay)!! So please people dig deep and lets do this for the most awesome person we all knew and loved.
