Bristol University Officer Training Corps will be running a virtual charity event to raise money for the Poppy Appeal, in remembrance of 2nd Lieutenant Hardy Falconer Parsons VC. In 4 teams of 10, we will cycle from The Artillery Grounds, Bristol, to Dover, row across the English Channel to Dunkirk, and then cycle to the site where Hardy Falconer Parsons VC died in WW1, a former Officer Cadet at Bristol UOTC and The Gloucestershire Regiment. All will be completed virtually on a watt bike and rowing machine.

In light of the new lockdown, the Poppy Challenge will be completed virtually via STRAVA, in which we will keep the same distance but teams may complete the mileage however they like. Follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to follow their progress.
