Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year we are running for Age UK, a charity that is looking after the elderly. We owe this generation so much and many older people suffer from loneliness, bad care and just being forgotten. Our world changed so much over the past 30 years and this can make the older generation feel excluded and insecure. Thinking of my beloved grand mother, she was probably blessed with having her family close by but in our international world this is rare these days. Age UK supports and comforts this generation, keeping them busy and gives them security. They can add so much to our lives - it's everyone's responsibility.
