In 2001, my grandmother passed away from cancer. She has previously survived breast cancer a few year before, and at the time of her death, she had tumours in her lungs and brain. Cancer is very present in my family. Many of my relatives have passed away because of it. I hope that by fundraising, I will be able to help provide support for other families battling this terrible disease.
