I am twinning my Bar Mitztvah with Barukh Berezovki who was a victim of the holocaust and was killed age 12, the same age I am now, my hebrew name is Barukh.

The reason why I want to raise money for yad vashem is 
Because today during my trip to Israel with my dad I visited the Yad Vashem and learnt about the Holocaust. 
I now realise how lucky I am to be able to have a bar mitzvah while barukh sadly was taken away from us in the holocaust.

I learned lots of things while visiting yad Vashem and I feel :
1. So grateful to be alive
2. to  be Jewish
3. To be able to help and keep teaching others about the holocaust so it never gets forgotten
