Me and my mum are doing the 10km Battersea park memory walk in september as this charity is very close to our hearts. My nan has Alzheimers in which she has had for nearly 10 years now, also I have a great Nan and great Auntie who has passed Away from Alzheimer's, so we are doing it in memory of them as well.
