Wales Air Ambulance is a charity close to home for me due to my nature of work. Every penny donated to this amazing cause literally helps saves lives on a daily basis.

Imagine if you or someone close to you was in need of life saving treatment but were unable to get it due to being in a rural or restricted location. Wales Air Ambulance provide the facilities and the access to these areas, and it depends on contributions and donations in order to survive.

Completing the Chester half marathon if definately a massive challenge for me, as i've never really been a long distance runner. Or a runner at all really!!

As we're all aware times are tight and simply paying the bills and putting fuel in the car is becoming more and more expensive. However any donation you can spare in sponsorship for me completing this enormous challenge will really go a long way to helping save people's lives.

If any of you are not busy on the day you're all more than welcome to come and watch me suffer as more supporters may even spur me on some more!!
