I'll be taking part in the BBMC on the 14th of May to raise funds for Longtown Mountain Rescue.  This is a 30km route with around 1300m elevation gain through the Black Mountains. 

The MR is 100% staffed by volunteers and they rely solely on charitable donations to fund this service.  The work they do ranges from helping people injured whilst enjoying the outdoors, through to searching for missing, vulnerable people. We all hope we won't need them but you never know! If you can spare some cash for this great cause, I'd really appreciate it.
