I am now back from Nepal. We had a pretty full on trek starting just outside Katmandu and ending at Timbu where we helped paint some new school buildings which had been constructed following damage to the school during the 2015 earthquake. We also decorated the primary school class and provide lots of exercise books and school equipment. The trek involved climbing between 6,000 and 7,000 ft. a day, sometimes twice. Quite tough but really worthwhile once we reached the school.
