On the 4th of July,  Harry Steel, Jana Bourhill, Fernando Capelastegui and Orlando Giuseppetti will embark on a 5-day expedition, walking the 102 miles of the Cotswold Way. The Year 11 pupils intend to camp each night, carrying tents, food and all other essential equipment with them. As two of the pupils volunteer at residential care homes, they were inspired to help those with special needs, having personally witnessed the effects of mental and physical disabilities. The pupils feel strongly that a good education is key to helping handicapped students to integrate into society. They will be staying in Manor Farm, Greet, the National Star College grounds, Dursley, Nibley House, and The Compass Inn, in Tormarton.
