Coutts 330 Cycle Challenge · 13 July 2022

The Foundation was established in 2008 by Deep’s family in his name with the aim of improving education and welfare in some of the poorest regions of Africa.

Story

This year Coutts celebrates being 330 years old and one of the world's oldest banks. To mark this milestone a baton is being brought to a number of offices and the Coutts Crown Dependencies team and colleagues in RBSI are taking up the challenge to cycle 330 miles around Jersey on 13 July. The team are up for the challenge and have a charity that we are really passionate about so it's a great chance to raise money for a worthy cause.

The Sundeep Watts Memorial Fund is a Jersey charity that aims to improve education and welfare in one of the poorest regions of Africa. It supports a primary school in Kenya that it has built from a few huts where orphans were taught to a purpose built school for nearly 400 children. The charity is entirely run by volunteers so £98 out of every £100 raised gets directly to the school.

Come rain or shine the team will be out there going up and down the bays and lanes of Jersey so your support is much appreciated !
