Story

Through Just Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Just Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.  Alan and Glyn are not experienced cyclists, in fact they are not cyclists at all – that’s the whole point of this event.

Sales Manager Alan and Sales Executive Glyn are both based at Bristol Street Motors Peugeot in Harlow.  Their plan is to cycle from Bristol Street Motors in Newcastle to their dealership in Harlow, Essex.  That’s 350 miles, over a 5 day period this October – quite a challenge considering they haven’t been on bikes since they were 10!

Alan and Glyn hope this marathon bike ride will raise a substantial amount for Children In Need – a charity supported by both Bristol Street Motors and Peugeot.  Both companies are lending their support and resources to help raise as much as possible from the bike ride.

Please donate what you can afford, the guys have a huge task ahead of them and your support is greatly appreciated.  You’ll be able to track their progress daily during the event and they will stopping off at various Bristol Street Motors sites along the way – see below for the exact route.

Alan and Glyn really appreciate all your support and thank you for your donations.
