Story
On October 17th I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon - my 3rd. I'm running on behalf of The Stroke Association and in memory of my Grandpa, Bert Crow, who died last August following a stroke. The race is taking place on his home turf in and around Cardiff's historic bay and docklands.
I'd really appreciate any donation you could make to my cause. All proceeds will be going to The Stroke Association - a really important charity which needs your help and support. The Stroke Association is the only charity solely concerned with preventing stroke and ensuring that everyone touched by stroke across the UK gets the help they need.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks so much in advance for your support.
Love Cogs x
