Cats Protection in Gildersome opened their doors in October 2013. To date, they have helped rehome over 1,000 cats and kittens, which is a fantastic achievement.

As a charity, they heavily rely on donations to keep them running smoothly, and ensuring we help as many needy cats as we possibly can.

Sadly, on 6th April 2016 we were the victims of vandalism. Thankfully, the vandalism didn't directly affect any of the cats and kittens in our care (they may have heard it and be traumatised from it, but that's not something we can easily deal with!)

Some of our out-buildings, that are used for things like storage were damaged beyond repair, and it is help in replacing these with newer, stronger ones we are appealing for help with.

Anything you are able to donate would be a huge, huge help, and we thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for anything they can do to help!
