Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our Just Giving Page. When you donate £10 or more you will be automatically entered into our raffle, taking place on the 15th October at the CPMS Wales event.

£10 is the equivalent of 1 raffle ticket, so if you donate more you will have the chance of winning more than one prize!

THIS RAFFLE IS NOW CLOSED.

Our raffle prizes include:

- Signed poster by legendary hurdler and multiple gold medallist Colin Jackson CBE

- Signed poster by  professional golfer Tony Jacklin CBE

- Bristol Bears RFC signed ball by the current squad

- Bath RFC signed ball by the current squad

- Exeter Chiefs signed ball by the current squad

- Wales ball signed by the Autumn International squad

By taking part in this raffle you will be helping to raise vital funds for  Headway, the brain injury association. Headway promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and provide information, support and services to survivors, their families and carers. In addition, they also campaign to reduce the incidence of brain injury.

IMPORTANT:
When you donate it is very important that you put both your first namesurname and the company you work for, so that we can contact you if you win.

If you are part of the Headway Select XV please use Headway RFC instead of a company name.

To be even more sure that we receive your entry, you are also invited to email themarketingteam@cpmsgroup.com with the subject 'Headway Raffle'.
