We're passionate about raising awareness around mental health wellbeing and we'd like to raise money for Mind so they can continue the great work they do supporting people with mental health problems. We're going to be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge on 28th June 2019. Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon within 24 hours.

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.

In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as Anxiety and Depression) in any given week.

Mind services supported more than 400,000 people last year over their network of 130 local Minds.
