CPWY Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire is raising money for Pharmacist Support
Story
Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire is the Local Pharmaceutical Committee for West Yorkshire and is the voice for all community pharmacies (chemists) in the area. Representing over 530 pharmacies ranging from single handed independent pharmacies to those owned by large chains. We know both how rewarding and how hard it can be working in all of these settings, so we've chosen Pharmacist Support as our 'charity of the year' in 2015/16. In their 175th anniversary year we will promote their activities and raise funds towards Pharmacist Support's own challenge to raise £175,000. None of us know when we or a member of our family might need or benefit from these services.
We plan a number of fun events and activities over the next 12 months and some of our pharmacies will have ideas and plans of their own.
