We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

Capita Symonds have entered two teams to race against over 100 compaines across the UK in this year's Intelligent Sport UK Challenge. This is a 3 day and 4 night event, where competitors will face tasks that involve cross-scountry mountain biking, trail running, kayaking, traversing, navigation and physical and mental challenges. To increase the difficulty of the challenge, the teams will not know any details of the challenges prior to the events, as these are kept secret. This year's event will take place in Exmoor National Park.

The teams have been in training for a few months now, with all members participating in adventure races across the country as practice for the BIG event.

As in previous years, the team will be raising money for the events chosen charity, The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. If you would like to contribute a donation it would be greatly appreciated and go towards preventing child abuse in Great Britain.

Many thanks for your kind donation,

Team Capita Symonds
