Miriam's giving up caffeine AND doing a skydive AND going for a run...

Giving up caffeine AND doing a skydive · 29 May 2018
So, I'm doing four things to raise money for MS research this summer:
1. Giving up caffeine for a month (yep, that's right - no tea or coffee from 14 May to 14 June - ARGH!!!)
2. Running a 5k (on 8 July - the Color Run - running whilst coloured powder is thrown in my face)
3. Running/power-walking a 10k (on 22 July - Regents Park)
4. JUMPING OUT OF A PLANE!!!! (on 2 September, with a parachute of course)
All are things that fill me with dread. The lack of caffeine slightly more than the hurtling through the air with just a bit of fabric to break my fall... although I have discovered a newly formed fear of heights in my thirties, so that jump will be a challenge. (Not as much as giving up tea. Or the running. I hate running.)
Why am I doing it? You all know why - Emm 💖 Watch her video for the reasons why >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jd-6_Z2vy6g&index=7&list=PLseEst8sYZkQ6WOKUb14VPp40GheLBydb&t=7s
Any monies you can spare will be much appreciated. And if you can't spare anything (times are tight I know) cheerleading will fill my heart.
Let's kiss goodbye to MS, people!
All money raised is going to MS Society.org.uk who are fantastic.
