Story

Thank you for visting our JustGiving page!

Alicia and I are getting married on 30 June, and we want nothing more than all our friends and family to celebrate our special day with us.

We are very fortunate to already have everything a couple needs when they are starting out on married life together, so rather than asking for more pots and pans, we are asking you to donate something to a very special charity - Trocaire.

Trocaire works in developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East to help families and their communities free themselves from poverty, and lead more dignified lives.  In addition, Trocaire campaigns against political oppression and the abuse of women, and seeks to tackle HIV and climate change.

They have recently provided emergency relief services to the victims of the Pakistan floods and those touched by the East African food crisis.

Please do not feel obliged to donate, but anything you give will be greatly appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

We look forward to celebrating with you at our wedding!
