Freeda is a confidential service which offers support, advice and safe accommodation to victims of domestic violence 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer the opportunity to talk in confidence about what is happening. You do not have to stay at the home to receive our support.

Story

This Christmas Day, not all women and children will be waking up to gifts around a tree but rather in the shelter protected from their abusers. Jersey Women's Refuge provides a temporary safe haven to victims in need, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Jersey Women's Refuge exists to protect and empower women and children affected by abuse and seeks to eliminate Domestic Violence through awareness and education. No one deserves to be made to feel like rubbish. Today, support our #RefuseAbuse campaign by saying no to abuse and by making a donation to us to ensure the vital work our charity does carries on.

I would be so delighted if you could support me, through my 750kms walk (mostly)/run (less so) to Christmas Day, and help me to raise £750 for this  wonderful charity.

Thanks, Cait x
