Move over TeamGB, together Ruairi, Ross and I are representing TeamP+C (Policy and Campaigns) at the London Triathlon this year. Meet the P+C Tri-Hards!

I've most definitely drawn the best straw in this team relay triathlon. While Ruairi is swallowing the delightfully nutritious water of the Thames and Ross is sporting the lycra and peddling away, I am running a simple 5K. So I've set myself the goal of doing it in 25 minutes (previous best 29:44) so I can share the pain of my team-mates a bit more.  

Perhaps the bigger challenge is raising £1000 between us for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. I'm very proud to work for this fantastic organisation dedicated to saving lives by finding the causes of breast cancer, improving diagnosis, treatment and services.
