I am 19 years old and was born with a cleft lip and palate. Over the years i have received great care both in and out of hospitals. The lengths my local CLAPA team went through to make me feel good about myself and raise my self esteem, to the point where it's no longer an issue are just amazing. I’d like to take this opportunity to raise money for the charity as my way of saying thank you back to everyone from over the years and to also help them help others in need
