Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In September, I heard on the radio about the long cold winter ahead and decided I would like to help a homeless charity. I thought it would be a good idea to grow my hair for a few months and then shave my head to raise money just before Christmas to support them.
The date is set - Thursday 15th December!
Many of us are lucky to have a family to support us and a home to feel safe in, but sadly, some people are not so fortunate and in the winter months and at Christmas time it must be particularly hard.
Hope4 Rugby is a charity that helps homeless and badly-housed people in the Borough of Rugby. The charity runs a day centre and a 'food ministry' providing hot food and drinks to adults in need, and it oversees the work of the Rugby Food Bank. Hope4 also works with local agencies that help homeless people, or people in danger of becoming homeless, and it influences Rugby Council's homeless support projects.
Please donate if you can - it will be worth it just to see me with no hair!! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving and, once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
