Story
My company, Counter Culture, is doing some pro-bono work communications work for a remarkable charity called Jubilee Action.
They help street children, child soldiers and those traumatised by violence and conflict, and children born into trafficking and prostitution.
But we felt doing a bit of communications work wasn't really enough. So I've decided to run the London Marathon to raise funds for Jubilee Action, so that they can help more children.
How will your donation help?
£2 can buy a pair of shoes for a disabled child to help them ‘fit in’ at school.
£5 can buy a door lock for a child-headed household to protect them from intruders.
£10 can feed a starving street child for six weeks.
£25 can provide a social worker to visit 15 former street children who have been reunited with their families.
£50 can stop a former child solder committing suicide by providing a week of trauma counseling.
£100 can stop a young girl being at risk of prostitution by providing two years of educational support.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Many thanks,
Callum
