As you know or don't know in August this year myself and some friends are competing in Tough Mudder, Yorkshire. This is to raise money for the charity 'Cancer Research' in memory of a brilliant lad, friend and true gent, Gavin Greig, who it was an honour to have known. He sadly lost his battle with cancer at the age of 23 but will be remembered by many. 

All sponsors would be appreciated no matter how big or small.
