At the age of 5 I was diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease and the only treatment for it was to have a gluten and wheat free diet. This mean't I had to give up cake, biscuits, Pizza.......basically all the things children love to eat.

Thankfully shops are getting better at selling gluten free products and with the help of Coeliac uk my mum has been able to find nice recipes for me to eat.

On August Bank holiday I am swimming 3 miles to raise awareness of Coeliacs Disease and the fact that it is not a lifestyle choice and also to raise money for research into the disease.
