This year I will be running the rat race this year for the charity yellow wellies uk. The rat race is a 20 mile course containing 200 obstacles designed to test all capabilities

I have chosen to support the farm safety foundation as it is vital that we get the messages across about mental health in the agriculture industry. Yellow wellies are doing some amazing work towards breaking the stigma about mental health and working in agriculture myself it’s something close to me!

Farming can be pretty stressful and lonely at times and the suicide rate is climbing! more than one agricultural worker/farmer commits suicide every single week and it’s people aged 20-34 that it’s at its highest!
