As you'll know we've had a tough year, and we wanted to remember special ones by doing something positive in a place that we both love. So come September we're heading up to Newcastle to run for Dad & Baa - people that we love and remember more with each passing day. Both these charities (Mountain Rescue & Macmillan Cancer Support) were amazing when it came to needing their help, and we can't be more grateful for all the work they do to help families like ours every day.

One of us is in a lot better shape than the other (and as a result we both endure either physical pain, or ear ache from the constant moaning), so we are very grateful for anything that gets us up and out for a run in the mornings!!

The total amount raised will be split 50/50 between both charities.
