Established in 1998 by the hedge fund industry, Help For Children (formerly known as Hedge Funds Cares) has grown from a single fundraising event foundation fighting child abuse in multiple locations. Today, Help For Children (HFC) is supported by the broader alternative investment community who has stepped up for this important and under-funded cause: the prevention and treatment of child abuse. 

Over the past 22 years, HFC has distributed more than $53 million in grants to organizations that protect and heal children, making the world a safer place for more than 1.1 million children and their families since its inception.
