I am taking part in the Virgin Active Sprint distance Triathlon on the 27th July. This consists of a 750m open water swim, 20km bike ride and finishing with a 5km run.

The charity I chose to do this for is MacMillan Cancer Support.

Cancer is the toughest fight most of us will ever face. But you don't have to go through it alone. The Macmillan team is there to support you every step of the way.
