WE CANcer-VIVE CAKES by HELEN    "I bake - You donate"

**FOR A LIMITED PERIOD**

 

After doing the Race for Life with my daughter Martha for the past two years & with my husband, Clive, raising money for Action For Charity this year, I decided I would also like to take part in raising some money.

Although work and family life keeps me busy I hope to make some cakes for family/friends and friends of friends in my spare time over the coming months. I do not claim to be anything more than a hobby home-baker but I always take time and care over my cakes. I have spoken to environmental health and have the all-clear from them to go ahead with making charity cakes in return for donations.

To keep costs down the cakes would need to be simple in design and ideally in the "Giant cupcake" design or as a set of cupcakes, but could be individualised in theme & with the name of the recipient/occasion added. (I prefer to use butter icing decoration rather than fondant)

I will simply require payment of just £3 for butter iced cakes/giant cupcakes or 12 iced cupcakes to cover the cost of the ingredients. For extras such as fondant, ribbon, boxes and boards, these can be discussed & arranged at the time on an individual basis. A further  donation of your choice can then be made directly to my Just Giving Page.

SO if you have a family birthday or occasion coming up, would like some cakes to take into work, or you just fancy a treat why not ask me to make a cake/some cupcakes and all I will ask for in return is a small donation (any amount) to this page or alternatively to Clive's/TeamPie's fundraising page: http://www.action.org.uk/sponsor/weareteampie.

 

* Instead of buying cakes from the shop, just enquire with me & your money can be given to charity rather than the supermarket.
