Catching Lives supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Canterbury and East Kent, providing day centre, outreach and tenancy sustainment services. We work to end the harm caused by homelessness, rough sleeping and insecure housing.

Story

We're just a small group of motivated and slightly adventurous University of Kent students partaking in 'Jailbreak' - A fundraising event to spread awareness about a particular cause by trying to get as far away from the respected University given a time limit of 30 hours, without spending money. Yeah.

The goal of the event is to raise money for a particular charity and tell as many people as possible about that charity. Out of all the charities available to ask help from, we chose 'Catching Lives' of Canterbury which helps towards ending the harm caused to individuals, families and the community, by homelessness, rough sleeping and insecure housing. To help the team representing Canterbury and the Catching Lives -
