I'm running the Cardiff Half marathon this October, I use the term running very loosely as before I embarked on this journey the only thing I could run was a bath! I'm running this with my team in work for the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity which is the official charity for the organisation I work for Cardiff and Vale UHB. 

The Charity manages more than 300 funds for equipment, research, treatment and patient care. One of these is the Breast Centre, they are an excellent team who I've had the privilege of working with for years. 

Breast Cancer took my nan's life and so many other of my friends relatives, I've also got friends who have battled this and luckily for me won their battle and I applaud their strength .

Please sponsor me, not only to laugh at my attempt to run (seriously I look like Phoebe off Friends) but for the people who are fighting a battle that is difficult to even comprehend let alone experience.
