Myself and 4 other riders will torture ourselves over some of the most gruelling hills of Britain's countryside starting on 28th July 2016 in memory of a dear friend who lost her life to cancer in January 2016. The care shown by the Amethyst Ward in Grimsby http://www.nlg.nhs.uk/services/amethyst-unit/  along with her bravery prompted me to arrange this test of stamina and fitness. Something of which we were all sadly lacking. We are training hard and for those close to me know it's been sacrifice of time to achieve the goal. We also have a facebook page called "Coast To Coast Fight Against Cancer" which we will be updating regularly as a diary of events and training.
