i will be taking part in the 5K race for life 2013 with my Mum and Auntie fitness is not our thing so we have been training hard. This is my 2nd year after last years run I loved the day and found it very rewarding. This year myself, mum and aunty will be running in memory of Sandra who we sadly lost last year. So come on dig deep  and lets raise as much money as we can to help beat cancer seeing as it effects all of us these days. I am even going to try and complete the run faster than last year. ( don't hold me to that)
