Thames Path Challenge 2019 · 7 September 2019 to 8 September 2019 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

I have done the south coast challenge before for a Children's charity my brother is patron of but this time it's for something that is close to me and my family and by doing this I feel I am doing a tiny bit to help raise funds for a very important charity to help people out there with dementia.  Please donate what you can because one day it may affect your life.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

I will walk 50km doing the Thames Path Challenge to help raise money for this great cause.  They help so many people with dementia.
