My beautiful mother very sadly passed away at the end of April. We all miss her madly but know that the last few days of her life were spent at home with us all, which is what she had wanted. This was possible due to the massive support we had from St Katherines Hospice and their wonderful team.

I am doing this walk to enable other families at this very sad time in their lives to also have your family close by at the end.
