Colin was a much loved and resected run leader at Cottingham fitmums. Sadly Colin passed away after loosing his battle against Cancer, on the eve of last years run. It seemed fitting to run it in his memory this year. His enthusiasm, support and encouragement certainly helped and inspired me. A true gentleman.

I am running for the Daisy Appeal. a local charity established on one fundamental truth...the key to beating cancer, heart disease and dementia (UK's 3 biggest killers) lies in early detection.......the sooner they are diagnosed  the better the chances of recovery.phase 2 of the appeal is to raise money for a permenant scanner.
