Autism and the Autistic spectrum touches so many people's lives in more ways than one.

I am running the half marathon for all of those families who receive the diagnosis and then have no idea where or who to turn to for help and support. 

Often the work that these charities do goes unrecognised so I want to acknowledge how amazing they really are.

My life has recently been enriched by someone close to me receiving a diagnosis and the National Autistic society have been truly incredible with their support and this is my opportunity to give something back
