I have never spent a night at Salisbury District hospital and am immensely grateful for that. However I have spent many hours sitting at bedsides and seeing the amazing things that are achieved medically. What is not so obvious is all the things that go on in the background to ease the less obvious pain people feel.

I decided to join this venture after seeing a video made by the stars appeal. I challenge you to watch it and not shed a tear!

Who knows what is around the corner? The two people whose stories are told in this video got up one morning not knowing what would happen that day that would change their lives, but through the funds raised by people, their experience was made just that little bit better.

I hope to never need this, but I am walking this trail and raising the money in the hope that I may make someone elses's pain a little easier. Please help me to help others and sponsor me for all you can.
