Caroline, Chris, Kirsty and Rich are cycling the entire length of the Kennet and Avon Canal from Bath to Reading at the end of April 2011.  It's further than any of us have cycled before at 140km (87 miles.) I think we may need to pack some cushions! 

I have chosen to do this in support of the British Heart Foundation because nearly everyone knows someone who has been affected by heart disease and its effects are devastating.  I'd like to raise a bit more awareness too and hopefully in future more people will avoid and survive heart-attacks.
