Like most of us, I have indulged far more than I’d care to admit over Christmas and I would really like to give my body a bit of a rest. I decided to try and raise awareness for NOFAS UK at the same time, as it is frightening how many people are affected by Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, not just here in the UK, but around the world.
