We are The Forward Trust's HR Team and we are going the extra mile! We are taking on the exciting Color Run to raise much needed funds to help even more people, that turn to The Forward Trust at their lowest point, to get the support that they need to transform their lives. 

Forward is an amazing charity that is committed and dedicated to helping people to break the cycle of crime and addiction and to build positive and productive lives. We manage a diverse range of drug and alcohol recovery services that aim to provide individuals with the care and support to stabilise their lives and think about the future, the strength and motivation to believe in change, and the support and connection to stay the course. 

“I was trapped in a vicious cycle of addiction and criminality and I couldn’t get out of it. I became very angry and violent and my behaviour was impacting on everyone around me. I got into one unhealthy relationship after another and soon realised that I had hit rock bottom. I couldn’t take it anymore and asked my Case Worker if I could go to The bridges. Not long after, I got the call to say I’d been given a place, and a few days later, I was there. My life is so different today – I did a catering course at college and have since completed a University degree in Counselling and Psychology and have just been accepted to do my PhD! My relationships have improved – I am a great role model to my children”.
